Dawn’s Science Page carried details of Salam Evening

The prestigious DAWN -the largest and most visited news website of Pakistan- highlighted the activity  “Salam Evening” held on December 19th, 2011 by the Khwarizmi Science Society.

A new documentary on the life and times of Salam was showed in “Salam Evening”. “The Dream of Symmetry” was the title of the documentary. In the documentary, David Gross, Tom Kibble, Chris Isham, Gerardus T Hooft, and other physicists not only discusses the theoretical work of Salam but also praised his rich contributions in the field of theoretical physics and the promotion of research in developing nations.
